Our unique tried and tested course, amied at those with little or no experience of Canadian Canoeing. Set over three days, you will learn the fundamentals of the versatile open canoe. The Lakelander covers all the skills of canoe journeying and will open up a new realm of wilderness travel... from canoe handling, to cooking over an open fire, sleeping under the stars or sailing on one of the Lake District's most beautiful lakes. This course will give you the skills and the confidence to set out on one of our classic multi-day expeditions... or even one of your own!
This is a journey orientated course, and as such, we shall camp at a new location every evening.
